Polemonium reptans

Polemonium reptans

Common Name: Jacob's Ladder

Jacob's Ladder is a delightful native for part-shade gardens, woodland settings and among large-leaved plants like Hosta. Polemonium's smaller leaves pair themselves side by side up a stem, giving it a 'ladder' look. In spring, simple cups of light blue to pink flowers appear.

This plant comes nestled in a 4" square CowPot with a free metal plant ID marker. Learn more about why we think CowPots are so awesome here.
