Let Worms Do The Work To Improve Soil
Updated: Feb 4, 2019
If you’ve got packed or clay soil, you know how labor-intensive it is to work. Worse yet, often plants don’t thrive in it.
Time to make some Worm Lasagna, sit back and let worms take over.
The ‘recipe’ is below and it’s pretty easy. The trick is cardboard and compostables – both are delicious as far as worms are concerned. They tunnel up through the hardened soil to feast. As they do, they break up and aerate the soil as well as add important minerals.
It’ll take time, but it beats the frustration of going at clay with a hoe.
