GROWER'S NOTES

The trick to get a compact plant with added blooms is to trim the Achillea back at least half-way once the first set of blooms have faded. This will encourage a bushier habit that can stand up to winds better too.

Older varieties of Yarrow tended to spread more aggressively than the newer cultivars. I like to say the newer varieties are more 'polite'. :-)
